Weighing just 4.18kg, the lightweight AIRO 14” balance bike is a bigger bike that’s perfect for older, taller beginner riders or kids who have outgrown their first balance bike and need a bigger one. The AIRO 14” has been designed for children with an average inside leg measurement of 40-53cm (approx. 3.5 years old*). The AIRO 14” is made from the same ultra-tough magnesium alloy as the AIRO 12”, proper air-filled tyres, and comes with a rear brake; the AIRO 14” is extremely easy to ride…and carry!

*With proof of purchase the frame and forks are automatically warranted for 3 years from the date of purchase. You can upgrade to a lifetime warranty for the frame and forks by registering your details by visiting Register Your Warranty. The lifetime warranty is valid for as long as the original purchaser owns the bike.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
All Hornit products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of at least 2 years from the date of purchase shown on the proof of purchase. If there is a discrepancy between the warranty information on this page and the length of warranty or terms stated on the warranty card or in the instruction manual included with the product then the most favourable terms and conditions for the customer shall apply.
The warranty period applies from the date of purchase. All warranties apply only when the product is used as intended, under normal conditions and do not apply when damage is caused by wear and tear, accidents, corrosive substances, water, misuse or neglect. In all cases the warranty is limited to the value of the product. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Frequently Asked Questions
How high should the seat be?
The seat height should be adjusted so when the child is sitting with both their feet flat on the ground they have a slight bend in their knees. For long distance on smooth ground the height can be slightly raised, for off roading the saddle should be slightly lower. The seat post diameter is approximately 2.5cm on AIRO.
Is AIRO 14" the right size for my child?
AIRO 14" is one size and includes an adjustable seat post which means it can grow as your child does. AIRO 14" suitability is not dependant on height or age but their inside leg measurement. It will accommodate inside leg measurements of 40cm to 53cm / 15.7" to 20.8” (approximately 3.5+ years).
What should the tyre pressure be?
Maintaining the correct tyre pressure will help to extend the life of your tyres, improve safety and ensure a smooth ride. Both the front and back tyres on the AIRO 14" should be inflated to 40-60 PSI (2.75-4.1 BAR).

We bought a Hornit Airo 14” for our 3 1/2 year-old and honestly couldn’t be happier with it.
Straight out of the box, it felt really well made. Assembly was quick and simple, and the bike itself is nice and light - our child can lift it, turn it around, and get going without any help.
What we’ve liked most is how quickly our child took to it. Within a few days they were scooting along confidently and really enjoying riding, rather than getting frustrated.
Overall, it feels like a genuinely well-designed kids’ bike that’s been made with parents and children in mind. Our 3 1/2 year-old loves it, and we’d happily recommend a Hornit bike to anyone looking for a first bike.
