Cutting Edge Features

Featuring a super lightweight frame for easy handling and a more enjoyable ride, a zero maintenance Gates belt-drive and slightly longer cranks for more efficient pedalling, the HERO is a pedal bike your little rider won’t want to put down.

Less weight. More fun.

The HERO’s lightweight frame offers the rider a much more satisfying and enjoyable ride. Easier to manoeuvre and pick back up onto two wheels after a tumble, they will want to ride for longer than a heavier bike.

Lifetime Warranty

We haven’t compromised on structural integrity with the corrosion-resistant aluminium frame and forks available with a free lifetime warranty.

Easy to assemble & adjust

Every one of our kids bikes is inspected by our UK based trained mechanics who will assemble and adjust your bike before it’s sent to you. When it arrives, some simple assembly will be required.

6 Striking Colours

Choose between Snapper Red, Blue Racer, Mawas Orange, Goldfire, Silverback, or Pink Dragon then watch them get to grips on their brand new pedal bike. *(Colours available vary according to size).

No more chains

Quieter, smoother and longer lasting, the HERO comes with a Gates belt drive system which is maintenance-free: no oil, no grease, no rust (ever!) and safer for inquisitive fingers too.

Pedal Bike FAQs

What size bike should my child get?

HERO pedal bike sizes are based on inside leg measurements.

  • The 14” pedal bike is designed for an inside leg of 34-44cm (approximate age 2.5-4.5 years old).
  • The 16” pedal bike is designed for an inside leg of 40.5-50.5cm (approximate 3.5-6 years old).
  • The 20" pedal bike is designed for an inside leg of 48-56cm (approximate 6-9 years old).
  • The 24” pedal bike is designed for an inside leg of 57-67cm (approximate 8-10 years old).
Can stabilisers be fitted to HERO?

Universal stabilisers can be fitted to HERO, but it is not what we recommend or stock. If your little one is 30 to 48cm then we would recommend the AIRO balance bike instead of stabilisers.

How long will the bike fit them?

Every child is different, and their rate of different varies. As an average, a child typically grows 6-7cm (2.5 inches) per year. HERO bikes provide a wide range of adjustability with the seat. Generally, we say that the child should just be able to touch the floor so that they don’t sit too low or high on the bike. Children should therefore get approximately 2 years use per size of HERO. But don't forget, they have a lifetime warranty so can always be passed down to their little brother or sister for years to come!

Does HERO come ready to ride?

Every one of our bikes is inspected by our UK based trained mechanics who will assemble and tune your bike before it's sent to you. When it arrives, some simple assembly will be required. However, there are a few small things you need to do to your bike before it can be ridden, for example, adjust the seat. We have created a simple assembly video to show you exactly what you need to do.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

The standard frame and forks warranty is 3 years from the date of purchase. You can upgrade to a lifetime warranty for the frame and forks for free by registering here, using your order number. All warranties applies only when the product is used as intended, under normal conditions and does not apply to damage caused by wear and tear, accidents, corrosive substances, water, misuse or neglect. This does not affect your statutory rights. Lifetime means for as long as the original purchaser owns the bike. In all cases the warranty is limited to the value of the product.
