Delivery, Returns & Refunds

Delivery to Mainland UK

  • Free for orders over £24.50
  • £3.99 for orders under £24.50

We despatch all orders from our UK warehouse using DPD or Evri. Standard delivery time is 48 hours, but please allow 3-5 working days during busier times. You will receive tracking information to your email used at checkout, sent from the courier. If you haven’t received this don’t forget to check your junk folder. 

Orders placed over the value of £30 will be sent on a Premium Service (DPD or DHL) and a signature on delivery may be required.

Delivery to Northern Ireland

  • Free for orders over £24.50 except HERO and AIRO
  • £3.99 for orders under £24.50. Approx. 2-5 working days delivery time.
  • £11.50 for all AIRO orders. Approx. 3-5 working days delivery time.
  • £15.00 for all HERO orders. Approx. 3-5 working days delivery time.

    Delivery to Channel Islands & Isle of Man

    • £4.90 for all products except HERO and AIRO. Approx. 2-5 working days delivery time.
    • £35.00 for all AIRO and HERO orders. Approx. 3-4 working days delivery time.

    Please note that all our prices are calculated inclusive of all of our costs and therefore VAT will not be deducted from the price shown at checkout. VAT refunds can therefore not be given on purchases.

    European Delivery

    At the moment we are unable to ship any products to the EU. We are working hard to resolve this as soon as possible.

    If you choose to use a forwarding facility, Hornit are not liable for any courier/delivery issues once it has been delivered and signed for at the UK address inputted at checkout. If using a forwarding facility and spare or replacement part/s are needed, we will only be able to send these to the delivery address on the original order. We can not facilitate international replacement/spare part shipping, this responsibility is on the customer. 

    Returns Policy

    We don’t knowingly have an unhappy customer anywhere in the world and we want to keep it that way! If you’re not happy with your purchased Hornit product for any reason, just Contact Us, tell us why and we’ll gladly replace the product or give you a full refund within 60 days of purchase. (Subject to the products being returned in resell-able condition).

    Please note that the customer is responsible for paying to return an item. Most of our products can be returned via Royal Mail. However for larger items, such as the AIRO balance bike and HERO pedal bike, we can arrange collection and deduct the cost from the total amount refunded.

    Refund Policy

    Price difference refunds will not be available following the purchase of a product where the price later changes. If you have any queries about the cost of the product being ordered, please contact our customer service team before completing your purchase.
