This is replacement Helmet Internal Padding for our latest generation of helmets. This includes the front, rear and upper foam. Installation requires the the foam to be placed against the pre-installed velcro found on the inside of the helmet.

*With proof of purchase the frame and forks are automatically warranted for 3 years from the date of purchase. You can upgrade to a lifetime warranty for the frame and forks by registering your details by visiting Register Your Warranty. The lifetime warranty is valid for as long as the original purchaser owns the bike.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
All Hornit products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of at least 2 years from the date of purchase shown on the proof of purchase. If there is a discrepancy between the warranty information on this page and the length of warranty or terms stated on the warranty card or in the instruction manual included with the product then the most favourable terms and conditions for the customer shall apply.
The warranty period applies from the date of purchase. All warranties apply only when the product is used as intended, under normal conditions and do not apply when damage is caused by wear and tear, accidents, corrosive substances, water, misuse or neglect. In all cases the warranty is limited to the value of the product. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much weight can the cord hold?
The CLUG PRO can hold bikes up to 30kg. This means if you have a e-bike, CLUG PRO will hold it as long as the tyre is within the CLUG tyre guidelines and it is 30kg or less.
Which size CLUG PRO do I need?
The critical measurement is your ACTUAL tyre width. Armed with this measurement pick CLUG with the appropriate range. To make things more complicated than they should be, especially for MTB riders, tyre manufacturers often overstate their tyre sizes. For example, a tyre stated to be 2.4” will often measure 2.2”. If that's the case, please go for the CLUG mtb (rather than the CLUG mtb XL) as you will appreciate the snugger fit. The easiest way to measure tyre width is with callipers.
