The HERO 14” has been designed for children with an average inside leg measurement of 34-44cm (approx. 2.5-4.5 years old). Weighing just 5.4kg, the HERO’s super lightweight aluminium frame and upright riding position and slightly longer cranks make it easier for your child to manoeuvre and control with confidence, while being light enough to carry around. The premium Gates belt drive system is maintenance free so no more oily or rusty chains and is safer for inquisitive little fingers.

Frequently Asked Questions
The correct seat height should have the child sitting on the Airo’s seat, with feet flat on the ground, with a slight bend in the knees. For long-distance striding on smooth surfaces, you can raise this slightly. For obstacles, tricks, and off-road riding, the saddle should be adjusted for slightly more bend in the knees.
If you order mudguards and/or a kickstand your HERO will be shipped from our UK warehouse within 7 days. If ordered without it will ship within 1 working day. It will be partly assembled and tuned by one of our mechanics. You will need to fit the front wheel, handlebars and pedals.
Yes, the mud guard and kickstand comes pre-fitted. The only exception is the front mudguard which requires attaching through the front bolt. Please see the assembly video for more information.
The HERO's gates belt drive system is built to last far longer than a chain system. The benefit of a belt system is that there is no oil or grease needed so your little ones won't get mucky hands!
